Mr. Anil Kumar

Anil is a civil engineer and is the elder son of late Mr. N.K. Ravi. Anil spends most of his time at project sites to ideate with engineers and architects to offer the best in designs and execution to the end user. He spearheads strategies, project planning and execution for all real estate business. He oversees and provides strategic guidance to other business divisions as well as drives and converts organizational vision into a reality. The entire team sees him as a captain who can steer his ship through even the roughest of waters.

Mr. Sunil Kumar
Joint Managing Director

The younger son of late Mr. N.K. Ravi and a science graduate, Sunil heads the retail division of KEPL. He is also a marketing specialist with a huge network of acquaintances across the globe. This helps him source the best of materials for both retail and construction businesses. Under his leadership, Krishna’s retail division is heading towards a massive expansion across the country.

Mr. Deepak Gowda
Sr. Vice President

Deepak brings a proven track record spanning over two decades of results-oriented, multifaceted management consulting and technical leadership experience from several consulting engagements with fortune 500 clients in North America, Europe and Asia across various industries including finance, retail, oil, health care and utilities. He brings his broad range of experience in managing complex end-to end, cross cultural projects in delivering workable, effective solutions. An engineer by training, he is involved in all aspects of the strategic planning, procurement, liaising with various agencies and operations.

Mr. Vijay Gunjal
VP - Projects

Vijay is a civil engineer from Mysore University and a Post Graduate from IIT-Kharagpur. He has about 20 years of experience in the field of project development in India, Africa & Middle East. He has successfully completed many multimillion dollar residential, commercial & infrastructure projects. He has worked with Fortune-500 companies like Hindustan Petroleum, Global Tele Systems & Tata Group- Voltas before joining us.
Also has to his credit, the successful completion of one of the finest & ultra luxury residential projects in the country and has worked with some of the best architects, interior designers & service consultants in the world. He has thorough knowledge in Green Buildings as he was involved in many green building projects in India & Middle East.
He has a strong background in managing and leading large & complex projects across diverse fields right from concept to commissioning and has led many cross functional & multi-cultural project teams for completing the projects.

Mr. Prasanna Pai
Chief Financial Officer

Prasanna Pai is a chartered accountant with over 18 years of professional experience in handling finance, accounts & audits for various business establishments. After his initial training, Pai worked at PwC’s Indian & Middle East offices. In the late 90s he set up his own consulting firm, mainly handling project finance, taxation & bank audits.
In the year 2007, he joined Karuturi Global Ltd. as the Chief Financial Officer and headed its global functions until 2010. Karuturi Global Ltd. is the world’s largest cut-rose producer and a listed entity in BSE & NSE.
Over the last two years, Pai was employed as the head of finance with companies engaged in real estate, logistics & bio-fuel businesses based in India. With KEPL as the CFO, Pai heads finance, accounting, retail and hospitality functions for the group. He also drives strategic initiatives and investors relations for the group.

Mr. K K Jagadeesan
Head - Constructions

KKJ, an Engineering graduate from Tamil Nadu brings in 30 years of rich experience. He heads a wide-range of technical expertise and strategic plans on construction facet formulating unique demands, challenges and creating innovative solutions which brings face-value to the organisation.
With KEPL he is responsible for taking unique challenges and to perform a vital role in linking space, energy, and the environment.
Before joining KEPL, KKJ worked with Larsen & Toubro (ECC Division) for over 24 years heading various mass scale engineering projects. He was designated as Construction Head.

Mrs. Reena Johny
Head - Purchase

Reena Johny is associated with KEPL for more than 20 years. As a Purchase Head she adds immense values by establishing strategic alliance/ tie-ups with strong and reliable suppliers. With an MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain, her core expertise lies in evaluation & negotiation with the vendors on sourcing best quality material, cost, timely delivery and credit terms. She brings vast experience in Material Management activities involving sourcing of construction material from domestic and international markets. She is a keen communicator with honed analytical abilities in the area of Strategic Sourcing & Management, Vendor Development, Quality and many other facets of the business.
